Return & Refund Policy
At Peekabops, we want you and your little one to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Our 30-day promise You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return or refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, goggles that have been worn or used cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty or damaged — we're sure you understand, as these are products that sit against a child's face.
How to start a return Email us at support@peekabops.com with your order number and a short note (and a photo, if the item is damaged or faulty). We'll reply with the next steps. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval can't be processed.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Return shipping If the return is because of a mistake on our side — a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item — we cover the cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Damaged, faulty, or wrong items We're sorry if this happens! Email us at support@peekabops.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Order cancellations Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed for shipping yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return process above.
