Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Peekabops! Here's everything you need to know about getting your order to your door.
Order processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking details once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas, peak seasons, and customs processing can add a little extra time. These are estimates, not guarantees, and aren't within our direct control once a package is with the carrier.
Shipping costs Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your country isn't available at checkout, we're not able to ship there yet.
Tracking your order Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow a couple of days for tracking to update after dispatch.
Customs and import duties For international orders, any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are set by your local authorities. We have no control over these charges.
Delayed or lost packages If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at support@peekabops.com and we'll look into it right away and make it right.
Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always do our best to help.
